Documents, customs and VAT
- Intra-EU supply: with a valid Bulgarian VAT number (VIES) we invoice without Polish VAT; the acquisition is declared in Bulgaria (TODO-SPRAWDZIC with an accountant).
- Registration: technical inspection and registration at the traffic police office (KAT); Bulgaria requires a Euro-class certificate for heavy vehicles (TODO-SPRAWDZIC).
- Tolls: Bulgaria charges electronic distance-based tolls for vehicles above 3.5 t via BG TOLL (TODO-SPRAWDZIC).
- Delivery: low-loader or transit plates; we provide the invoice, CMR and Polish registration papers.
