This website is operated by Eurotruck, Kotowa Wola 265, 37-415 Zaleszany (NIP: 8652558206, REGON: 180897602, email: [email protected], tel. +48 607 847 601), hereinafter the Seller. These terms set out the rules for using the website and for sending enquiries and reservations for vehicles. Using the website means you accept them.
2. Nature of the website
The website is an informational catalogue. Listings are not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code but an invitation to conclude a contract. Vehicles cannot be bought online.
3. Enquiries
You can ask about a vehicle via the form, by phone, email or messenger. Sending an enquiry does not oblige either party to conclude a contract. We process form data according to the privacy policy.
4. Reservations
A reservation must be agreed with and confirmed by the Seller (by phone, email or in writing). Its terms, including duration and any deposit, are agreed individually and confirmed in writing. The "Reserved" status on the website is informational. The Seller may refuse or cancel a reservation if the customer does not meet the agreed terms.
5. Prices and vehicle descriptions
Prices are given in PLN or EUR as net, gross or marked "margin scheme" (VAT margin scheme), as stated in the listing. We take care that descriptions, photos and technical data are accurate, but they may contain errors; photos are illustrative. We encourage you to inspect the vehicle before buying, also at an independent workshop. The final price and terms result from the sales contract.
6. Sale
The sales contract is concluded in writing at the Seller's premises or in another agreed way. The vehicle is handed over after payment and signing of documents. For sales abroad (export), tax and customs rules apply and the customer is responsible for meeting the requirements of their country.
7. Complaints and liability
The buyer's rights under the statutory warranty for defects or a guarantee result from law and the sales contract. Statutory consumer rights are not limited. Complaints can be sent to the Seller's email or postal address; we reply within 14 days. The Seller is not liable for interruptions of the website or for content of external sites we link to.
8. Final provisions
Polish law applies. Disputes are decided by the common courts, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution. The terms may change; the version published on the day of use applies.
